Tips For Troubleshooting As Per Products

Problem 1 : The screen shows “The Page cannot be displayed "http://10.10.10.100/epg/rent.htm”

Problem 2 : The display on the TV is not available.

Problem 3 : The Set Top Box does not respond to the remote control


Solution 1 : The website might be experiencing technical difficulties or you may need to adjust your network settings otherwise try pressing power off or on to reconnect to the network.The following could be the reasons:

1. The connection of the Set Top Box with the EPG server would have broken.

2. Set Top Box should be configured with the IP address that is unique and belongs to the network to which it is connected.

3. The Ethernet cable may be faulty so try after replacing the same

Solution 2 : The problem could be because of the following reasons:

1. Ensure the RCA A/V cable is correctly connected to the TV jacks.

2. Try rebooting the Set Top Box.

3. Still the problem persists the customer should call for the support.

Solution 3 : The problem could be because of the following reasons

1. The remote control may be faulty and needs to be changed.

2. The battery of the remote control needs to be changed. It should be ensure the prescribed type of batteries must be used for the correct functioning of the remote control.

3. The IR sensors of the Set Top Box may be malfunctioning. The support could be requested to get it rectified.
